The Square Restaurant in response to their successful cookery school program for 2013 have just announced their up and coming program for 2014 - and at £15 per class including all materials and equipment it can't be beaten on value. Also all money paid for the cookery school goes to a deserving local charity - ie for 2013 £1600 was given to the Harrogate Lions for the laser eye project.
The Schedule for 2014 is (exact dates to be set January 27th 6.30pm - Making that special Valentines Dinner - an easy 3 course meal for your loved one. February - How to get the best out of spices - making the dishes not to hot March - Getting ready for Easter - all about chocolate April - Dressings, salads and light spring summer ideas May - Fish, how to get the best out of seasonal fish June - Vegetarian dishes which can be turned into meat dishes July - BBQ dishes August - Value for money dishes - getting the best out of the cheaper end of food supper and refreshments will be included on all dates.
