All our rates  are room only - please put in the notes if you require breakfast it is £9.50 per person for full English plus anything from the Buffet. If you would just like the cold buffet option this will be £5. 
Please be aware we take a 30% non refundable deposit on booking so please be sure of your dates before booking. If you are BUY A GIFT please use the BUY a GIFT booking page or you may be charged a deposit.
