Scaleber Force

East Gill Force

Catrake Force

Richmond Falls

Kisdon Force

Wain Wath

Cautley Spout - in the Howgills

Janet's Foss - small & pretty located near to  Malham

Stainforth Foss/Force: a picturesque waterfall where you can sometimes see Salmon leaping upstream - check the time of year for this type of viewing

Ingleton waterfalls - this is a series of waterfalls (one is in the picture above) - depending on the amount of rainfall locally this can be very spectacular, it is also a nice well signposted walk and is suitable for most though we do recommend sensible shoes.

Catrigg Force - small waterfall located a mile upstream from Stainforth village.

Force Gill Waterfall - 6 meter waterfall just a short detour from the 3 peaks rout between Ribblehead Viaduct and Whernside.

Hardraw Force - this is the longest single drop waterfall in England - pay at the Green Dragon Pub to be let through to the viewing area.

Information from the Distinctly Dales Program in partnership with the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Plus.

Ever fancied learning the secrets behind Thai Cooking? Well from 2014 the Sukhothai restaurants (based in Harrogate and Leeds) will be doing chef master classes on selected Wednesday evenings. head chef and owner Ban Kaewkraikhot will be personally teaching these classes at their Chapel Allerton Branch. During the 3 hour class you will learn to make a starter, main course and traditional Thai dessert. There will be limited numbers per class so that each student will get one on one time with the teacher and a goodie bag on departure - all for the Yorkshire price of £50.00. for more information email andy@sukhothai.co.uk.

I would also say that the Sukhothai is an excellent addition to the Harrogate restaurant scene enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.
