Sessions are avaliable to book between 10am and 5pm every day and then you can stay in the stunning gardens for as long as you want until they close at 7pm - there are public toilets and a takeaway cafe.

Castle Howard is the stunning result of over 100 years of construction and then a further 200 years of carefull owners. The house has been through many challenges such as a massive fire in 1940 though we are happy to report the property is back to its former glory and an amazing back drop to showcase the fabulous art collections and stunning lanscaped grounds.
All in all a excellent package of outdoor activities during a time where we want a change of scene, space to stretch our legs freely and enjoy the fresh, clean Yorkshire air.
