Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit, equal to one night's stay, is requested at the time of booking. Please double-check your booking dates to ensure they are correct before booking. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance in case your plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations Policy
If your cancellation is received prior to 11 am on the day that you are due to commence your stay with us, we will offer you a discount on your next stay. That stay must be booked within six months in order for the discount to be valid.
As noted above, the deposit is not refundable. It is also not transferrable.
Buy A Gift Bookings
When booking at The Camberley or The Lodge using "Buy A Gift" vouchers, please ensure that you book via the dedicated Buy A Gift page, here. This will allow you to book your room without payment of a deposit.
At busy times of year, and on Saturday nights, there are restrictions placed on when Buy A Gift vouchers can be used. These are stated on the dedicated Buy A Gift page, here.
If you are BUY A GIFT please use the BUY a GIFT booking page or you will be charged a deposit.
