The Yorkshire Dales in spring are a wonderful place to be. Since making my home here 30 years ago spring continues to be my favourite season for getting out and finding new places to paint. And it is to the Dales that my touring exhibition, Places of Pilgrimage, is going next. As this collection of paintings and prints travels round the country I am "weighting" it towards each different location. So, in this show, there are new paintings of Masham, Ribblehead Viaduct, Saltaire and Coverdale. The exhibition preview is at 7pm on Friday 18th March at the Masham Gallery, 24, Market Place, Masham, N. Yorks. HG4 4EB. Come and join us for a glass of wine if you can.
