Harrogate Theatre has outdone itself yet again with a star studded line up of acts for the 9th Annual Comedy Festival over its various town center venues (Harrogate Theatre, Royal Hall Theatre, Studio Theatre and Harrogate Convention Center) all within a 5 minute walk of our location.

Thanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience of mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
